For over 20 years I have suffered with pain and severe stiffness in my lower back, neck & shoulders after a serious car accident, anything I tried only gave temporarily relief & things were only getting worse, I was barely able to leave the house, with my overall health taking a massive dive.
Then I stumbled upon Heidi & Craniosacral therapy and I have not looked back.
Heidi explains everything thoroughly, is extremely caring, listens & addresses your issues, you’d be amazed at what can be improved or even completely resolved, I could write a book on my changes/improvements.

Firstly, I’m sleeping better, which has resulted in me no longer feeling constantly tired, which has given me the ability to think clearer & be more alert yet relaxed.
My pain & stiffness which I suffer from mostly in my lower back, shoulders & neck has now completely gone. Don’t get me wrong I still get stiff & sore, but it no longer lasts, my body now has the capacity to heal itself & recover well.
I feel as if my body’s been reset back 10 years - 20 even, i feel 6 inches taller & now have correct posture.
My sinus issues have improved to the point I no longer take medications.
Overall, I now feel at the top of my game and will continue to see Heidi to maintain this newfound life. She has given me my life & health back; I cannot thank her enough.

I would like to say that the gentle experienced approach of Heidi was very healing. I have already had a couple of sessions with Heidi, and I floated out of the treatment. I felt listened to, and experienced benefits like feeling grounded and re set. I am just in the process of booking another session for some much-needed work on the Vegas nerve system. We have been working towards this.
